Can I still use my Alle and Aspire points and certificates?

Yes! You can still use Alle and Aspire points and certificates same as cash at MOBO. Alle and Aspire certificate may not, however, be used to pay for monthly membership.

What happens if I don’t use my credits?

Credits accrue month to month and expire after 12 months. You can bank up to $1500 worth of credits at any given time.

Can I combine my membership benefits with other specials?

Members can either receive member pricing, OR a current special, whichever is a better deal. Specials are not typically combined on top of member pricing unless otherwise specified (such as in the event of a member only promotion). Alle and Aspire rewards and certificates CAN be used in combination with membership benefits. 

Do I have to have a card on file to be a member?

Yes, all membership require a credit or debit card on file. If you receive a gift card and would like it to apply to your next membership payment, please inform our front desk.

When will my membership payment go out each month?

Your membership payment is taken out on the same day each month.

Is there a long term commitment?

Initial term of the Aesthetics membership and the Aesthetics + Weight Loss membership is 6 months. If you cancel before 6 months, there is a $199 cancellation fee. Weight Loss memberships do not have a minimum time commitment. 

What happens if I become pregnant or move?

If you become pregnant or move outside a MOBO territory then you may cancel your membership with 30 days notice, even if it is within the initial 6 month term. 

The Fine Print

• Credits are redeemable towards purchases at MOBO 1 credit = $1.
• Credits balance returns to zero at time of cancellation.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed toward gift cards
• Accrued credits expire after 12 months on a rolling basis with a maximum bank of $1500 at any time.
• The membership amount is charged on the same day of each month via ACH or credit / debit.
• Valid only within the territory where the membership was purchased.
• For memberships that include aesthetics, the initial term is 6 months, after which a 30 day notice is required for cancellation.
• Cancellations before the 6 month initial term will incur a $199 cancellation fee, with limited exceptions (moving, pregnancy, contraindication for services, management discretion).
• Weight Loss Only memberships can cancel any time with 30 days notice.
• Benefits usage require the member to be a good candidate for the procedures and services included in membership.
• Member discounts do not apply to specials or other promotions that MOBO may offer from time to time (you will get choice member pricing or current promotion, but cannot stack offers).
• If a member’s fee is declined or there are insufficient funds, no membership benefits will be honored until the account is made current.
• Monthly membership payments can’t be supplemented by other promotional programs (e.g., Alle, Aspire) although you may redeem those promotional programs towards the non-member credit portion of your payment for services.
• Membership fees can’t be offset by in-store credit and must be paid with a credit or debit card.
• Appointment, provider, and service availability aren’t guaranteed. There is also no guarantee of treatment, which is always at the provider’s discretion.
• Members agree to follow MOBO policies.
• Membership payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given and points cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit totals after cancellation will be set to 0 and a member cannot regain credits in any circumstance.
• By signing up you agree to all membership program changes and cancellations from MOBO Med Spa in the future. MOBO Med Spa reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of this program at any time. No member of the beauty bank can be grandfathered into changes in the program. MOBO Med Spa also reserves the right to cancel any membership at anytime.
• IN NO EVENT WILL MOBO BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
